Industry Specific ComplianceThe Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) on September 30, 2026, has amended the notifications governing the Resilience & Logistics Intervention for Export Facilitation (RELIEF) under the Export Promotion Mission (EPM). The amendment extends the eligibility and validity period under Component II of the RELIEF intervention up to March 31, 2027, for shipments intended for delivery or transshipment under the intervention.

The extension aims to improve utilisation of the intervention, facilitate trade resilience and support Indian exporters in addressing logistics challenges arising from the continuing West Asia Crisis. All other provisions of the earlier notification, as amended from time to time, remain unchanged.
